Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days  from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Liquids/Chemicals: Must be unopened, with the original seal intact.

  • Accessories (Towels, Brushes, Pads): Must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Equipment: Must be in the original box with all cords and attachments included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Used microfiber towels or wash mitts (for hygiene and quality control).

  • Opened bottles of ceramic coatings, waxes, or sealants.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [Your Email Address] with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake or the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
